This Privacy Policy explains how Colossus Media, LLC d/b/a REWiRED, 12790 N 144th Dr, Surprise, AZ 85379 ("REWiRED," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit imrewired.com (the "Site"), sign up for free content, or purchase the REWiRED course. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact information: name and email address when you opt in for free content or purchase, and any information you include when you contact support.
- Purchase information: what you bought, when, and the amount. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Communications: emails or messages you send us, survey responses, and testimonials you choose to submit.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and general location (city/region level inferred from IP).
- Advertising and analytics data collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in Section 3, including ad click identifiers (for example a Meta click ID or Google click ID) and events such as page views, opt-ins, and purchases.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, biometric, or government ID data) and we ask that you not send it to us.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver what you asked for: provide free content, deliver course access, process payments, and respond to support requests.
- To communicate: send transactional emails (receipts, access details) and, with the ability to opt out at any time, marketing emails about REWiRED and related offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, which we honor promptly.
- To advertise and measure: run, target, and measure ads on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and native ad networks, including building custom and lookalike audiences from hashed email addresses and conversion events.
- To improve and protect: analyze how the Site performs, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information for money. As explained in Section 5, some of our advertising practices are treated as "sharing" or a "sale" under certain state privacy laws, and you can opt out.
3. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking
The Site uses:
- Essential cookies required for the Site and checkout to function.
- Analytics tools that help us understand Site usage.
- Advertising pixels and tags, which may include the Meta Pixel, Google tags, TikTok Pixel, and tags from native advertising networks. These set cookies and send data about your visit (such as pages viewed, opt-ins, and purchases) to those platforms, which may combine it with other information they hold about you to show you relevant ads and measure ad performance.
Your choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; use the opt-out and ad-preference tools offered by Meta, Google, and TikTok in your account settings on those platforms; use industry opt-outs at optout.aboutads.info; and use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our footer. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of sharing where required by law. Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality.
4. Who We Share Information With
We share personal information only with the categories of providers below, and only as needed to run the business:
- Payment processors (to process your purchase and handle refunds).
- Funnel, website, and email platform providers (to host pages, deliver course content, and send the emails you signed up for).
- Advertising platforms and networks: Meta, Google, TikTok, and native ad networks, as described in Section 3, for ad targeting, audience building, and measurement.
- Analytics providers (site usage measurement).
- Professional advisors and authorities when required: lawyers, accountants, and government or law enforcement when legally compelled or to protect our rights, users, or others.
- A successor business if we sell or reorganize the business, in which case this Policy's commitments follow the data.
We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing, and we do not sell lists of customer data.
5. Your State Privacy Rights (California and Others)
If you live in California or another state with a comprehensive privacy law (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others), you may have the right to:
- Know/Access the personal information we have about you;
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising;
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
To opt out: use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the Site footer, enable the Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email us at rewired@imrewired.com with the subject "Privacy Opt-Out."
To exercise any other right: email rewired@imrewired.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity (typically by confirming control of the email on file), respond within the time required by your state's law, and will not discriminate against you for making a request. You may use an authorized agent with written proof of authority. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will explain the outcome.
6. Residents of the EEA and UK
Our Site and Course are directed to the United States and we do not target the EEA or UK. If you nevertheless access the Site from those regions, the following applies: we process your data on the legal bases of contract performance (delivering what you purchased), legitimate interests (security, analytics, and direct marketing to existing contacts), consent (advertising cookies and marketing emails, which you may withdraw at any time), and legal obligation. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Data is processed in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses implemented by our service providers. Contact rewired@imrewired.com to exercise these rights.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: customer records for as long as you have course access plus the period needed for tax, accounting, and legal defense purposes; email subscriber data until you unsubscribe and for a short suppression period afterward (so we can honor your opt-out); and analytics and ad data per the retention settings of those platforms. When data is no longer needed we delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable third-party providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site and Course are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and the Site is not directed to children. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common standard for these, so we do not respond to DNT signals, but we do honor the Global Privacy Control as described in Section 5.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where appropriate we will notify you by email.
